We’re a retail cannabis dispensary and delivery service in New Rochelle, NY, a diverse, working-class community just north of the Bronx. That location shapes who we hire. We serve younger adults and middle-aged professionals, first-time buyers and longtime enthusiasts, so our staff needs to be comfortable talking to anyone who walks through the door. The goal isn’t to sound like an expert lecturing a beginner. It’s to make every customer feel welcome and informed, no matter how much or how little they already know.
